"ASM 120-10105-["<written 001>"]REV["<written A>"]", "Ser. No.", "Husky", and the Ruckus Wireless logo is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

"HUSKY_NOPCI_" and "INVERT 5/15/07" is on a sticker affixed to the component side of the board.
"FAB 100-10105-001 REV A" is on the other side of the board.
