This device (alternate model MA423Gd) uses Qualcomm's WFB400 chipset (the successor to Airgo's AGN300 chipset). It was likely never publicly released.

"701-00209-03" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.

A MAC label w/ a 00:0A:F5 (Airgo) OUI is affixed to the device in the FCC photos. It has been assigned to this entry for no reason.
