The device is a some revision of the Tenda W311R. The RAM and Flash seems to differ from (at least some) W311R v2s.

"N01204PN111A1" is silkscreened on the bottom of the main board.

The power adapter included with the router is a Shenzhen Heweishun Network Technology TEA09-09100 (9V, 1.0A). ID/OD/Len measurements are approximate.
