"D9PTK" FBGA code on the RAM corresponds to the MT41K128M16JT-125:K

The CPU ID is not clearly legible in the FCC photos but it strongly resembles the BCM58535

in the Cisco WAP581 and is presumed to be one of the Northstar Plus models.
