States device has 8MB Flash, 128MB RAM and 620 MHz CPU [max speed of RTL8198]

The below infodump (BogoMIPS, specifically) indicates the CPU is probably indeed clocked @ 620 MHz, as it jives with other 620 MHz RTL8198 devices.

Some OEM (operators?, ex. JNR3210-1NNRUS) version with "NCN" in firmware name has 16MB Flash (MX25L12805D/45E)

Enable telnet on the device[edit]

  1. Go to the debug url using this url: http://www.routerlogin.com/setup.cgi?todo=debug or directly using the ip of your router: http://192.168.1.1/setup.cgi?todo=debug
  2. Telnet enabled, you just have to "telnet 192.168.1.1".
