1300 Mbps - 3-stream 802.11ac device (80MHz wide 5GHz channel),
300 Mbps - max. PHY rate for the 40MHz wide 2.4GHz channel = 1600 Mbps class

A permissive change filing with the FCC suggests that the this Belkin F9K1119 v2 uses hardware identical to the Belkin F9K1124 v1. Information copied from that device. It's unclear why Belkin claims only 300 Mbps for 802.11n when this is a 3-stream device. Possibly to differentiate from the AC1750 DB Wi-Fi Dual-Band AC+ Gigabit Router (F9K1115V2)

Comparison between the F9K1119 v1 and v2 from Belkin - 2.5A appears to be wrong.

Pictures of an actual F9K1119v2 on ebay show 12V/2A and confirm the FCC ID of K7SF9K1124V1.
