802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN Bluetooth Combo Half Mini Card

Wireless LAN, Bluetooth, and FM Rx

While this card is physically compatible with PCI-Express mini, it isn't electrically compatible.

It goes undetected by standard x86 hardware (like the Soekris net6501 or PC Engines APU)

because WiFi chip uses an SPI (SDIO) interface, Bluetooth uses UART, and FM uses I2C.

The IC used is unlabeled, but the device's specifications indicate it's Broadcom based.

Googlery indicates it's using BCM4329.

AzureWave sells a variety of modules which embed Broadcom and Marvell silicon, such as AW-NH611.
However, like most (if not all) of AzureWave's modules, AW-NH611 seems to use a PBGA package.
