This is a single-band version of the WB222.

"WB222", "250-02062-060", and "©2010,2011 Atheros" is silkscreened on the front of the module in the FCC photos. The Atheros logo is emblazoned on the back.

"WB222-060-D1250" and "AR5BWB-00222A(HT0730110)" is printed on a label affixed to the shield of the device in the FCC external photos.
