Per FCC ID GX5-2105, the Broadxent 2105 is a rebranded RTW030.

The schematics state the device uses the Helium 210-80, 2MB AMD Am29LV160DB Flash, and 2x 8MB RAM chips. 10Mbit WAN w/ RTL8019AS.

Default credentials and SSID are from the FCC submitted manual. The OUI for the device probably includes 00:90:96.
