"3015-00940" (maybe), "BROADXENT", "Hercules", "8420", and "Rev. 0.1" is silkscreened on the main board in the FCC photos. It would seem this device is the ODM model of the Broadxent 8420 (Datasheet).

"WLC032", "RF8WIRELESS DIV.", and "3017-000380" appears to be silkscreened on the wireless module. BCM5325A2 switch?
