I am assuming this device uses a D8:C7:C8 OUI (it's on various MAC labels affixed to the FCC EUT and its wireless modules).

This device is identical to the Aruba Networks AP-134 with the exception of the antennas. This device uses internal antennas the AP-134 uses external antennas.
