The tagline comes from this list of UL Certified products from Arris.

The 2.4GHz radio doubles as a receive-only 1x1:1 5GHz radio.

Most useful FCC documents are under short-term confidentiality until 01/22/2019.

This device is assumed to use Broadcom chips because of this quote from Larry Robinson, President, ARRIS CPE Products, "ARRIS is partnering with Broadcom to bring 802.11ax technology to the latest generation of Telco and Cable operator gateways."

Although this device may not be used by telephone companies and cable operators, it seems likely that Arris would focus on one chipset brand at least until 802.11ax technology matures.
