The device appears to use a proprietary PCIe connector. There is a BCM20702 on-board for Bluetooth connectivity.

The device is using two two Skyworks SE5515 Dual-Band frontends, one SiGe SE5019T 5GHz power amplifier, and one SiGe SE2598L 2.4GHz power amplifier.

Used in the 2012 Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display, probably exclusively [1]
