"LPC0042 REV:1.1" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos. This is a Loopcomm device.

The default SSID, according to the FCC label, is Amped_R10000G. The default PSK should be wireless. Per WiGLE, the OUI is probably F8:7B:8C.
